In the meantime, to fix: Go to Settings > System > Language & location and change the console language to what you want (i.e. EN, etc) and then rebooting should fix it.

1- what language is the xbox in?
2- what region is the xbox in?

It's a lot better, I can actually use both devices now, but whenever I dodge using my mouse while holding W to move forward, my W input stops even with the button held down until I hit another movement key. it halts my forward motion when i dodge while using k&m.
